Shipping Cost

Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders.

To receive free shipping, just place an order with merchandise worth over RM100 (West Malaysia) / RM150 (East Malaysia) to qualify for free shipping.

For orders below RM150 (West Malaysia) / RM200 (East Malaysia), shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis as below:

• WEST MALAYSIA: RM7
• EAST MALAYSIA: RM12

There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.  

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

We only ship within Malaysia as of the moment. More countries to be available in the future. 

Delivery Lead Time

We will process your order upon confirmation and item will be delivered to your doorstep by:

• WEST MALAYSIA: 3 – 7 working days
• EAST MALAYSIA: 5 – 10 working days

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.
