RETURNS


Jenna Rose Concept accept return of item that are

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item

Refund would only be done as store credit to your account directly and you may use the credit for your next purchase.

Strictly no cash refund. Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) working days once we receive the returned item.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.


Return Criteria

Return must be done within 15 days from your invoice date. 

We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 15 days of the invoice date.

We provides returns for all items, except

  • Sales/promotion items,
  • Jewelry or any type of inner wear (due to hygienic reasons)

We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition 

  • With tag attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered


Steps to Return

Through mail

  1. Email us and state out your complication and proof (if applicable) at enquiry@jennarose.my
  2. Print out your invoice (can be found under "My Account") and attach it with the item you want to return
  3. Mail your item to the following address:

Through retail shop

  1. Prepare the invoice number which you will receive upon order confirmation
  2. Drop by our retail store and tell our cashier about your complication (you may find our location at "PHYSICAL STORE" under Quick Links.)
  3. Our cashier will guide you through the whole process
